On the delivery day of your choosing, our shipping specialists will set up your new Ease power base in your desired room, remove and discard all packaging materials and even dispose of your existing box spring, if requested – all free of charge.
Note: If your order also contained a Cocoon mattress, this item may arrive via UPS before the White Glove Delivery of your Ease Power Base. You can choose to begin sleeping on your new mattress immediately — or leave it boxed until the delivery agents arrive to set up your complete bedroom set.

The recommended weight limits on the EASE® base is 650 pounds.
Maximum weight the bed can support per person is 250 pounds with the weight evenly distributed across the head and foot sections. This product is not designed to support or lift this amount of weight in the head or foot sections alone. -
While there are no returns on the Ease Power Base, rest Ease-y that you're covered by a 25-Year Limited Warranty.
