Return Policy
If you’re not in love with your new Cocoon™ by Sealy mattress, we’ll give you your money back, no questions asked. We’ll arrange to pick up the mattress, and donate it to a local agency. (Don’t worry—you don’t even have to put it back into the shipping box.) And then we’ll credit your card for the total amount of your purchase. Wins all around. You can spot clean your mattress. The cover is not meant to be taken off or washed. If you are trying to remove a stain, dampen a cloth (do not saturate) with a mixture of water and delicate-friendly detergent. Gently scrub the spot and let air dry.
