Before you even get your products, we want you to be happy. We stand behind our product. But if you’re not completely satisfied with your Cocoon™ by Sealy, we’ll do our best to resolve any issues you might have.

Mattresses & Foundations

We believe you’ll fall in love with your mattress—after all, we have thousands of 5-star reviews. We want you to be confident, so we give you 100 nights to test it out by sleeping on it at home. During that time, if you decide you’re not in love, we’ll let you break up with us – and we won’t pressure you. We want you to love your bed, but if you don’t, we even make the return simple.

We ask you to try it for at least 30 nights, and if (during the first 100 nights) you don’t love your new mattress, visit our Returns Center to begin your simple return. We will work with you to address your concerns.

If we can’t find a way to make you happy, we’ll give you your money back. We’ll arrange to pick up the mattress, and donate it to a local agency. (Don’t worry—you don’t even have to put it back into the shipping box.) We'll also accept returns on your foundation, if needed. And then we’ll credit your card for the total amount of your purchase. Wins all around.

After your first 100 Nights, you can sleep soundly knowing you’re protected from product defects by our 10-Year Limited Warranty on mattresses.

Note: Only one return per customer. Repeat customers do not qualify for a comfort exchange or return on a model they have previously purchased.

Sealy Ease Power Bases

While we do not accept returns on Sealy Ease power bases, we stand by their quality with compelling warranties. Sealy Ease power bases have a 3-year full parts and labor warranty with a 25-year limited warranty on the frame. If you experience problems with your power base, call us 800-821-6621 to talk to the Ease specialists at the manufacturer. They can help, whether it’s a simple question or a warranty-related issue.

Pillows & Sheets Bundle

Given the personal nature of these products, we accept returns only if the item is damaged at delivery or if there is a product defect.

Retail Store Purchases

If you bought your Cocoon product from a retail store that carries our products, your purchase is subject to the return and exchange policies of that retailer, just give them a call.
